We are sorry to report that gardeners at Mulberry Junction Community Garden will not be tending plots nor maintaining the property in 2016.
Tucked away in a quiet corner of NE Minneapolis, Mulberry Junction Community Garden was established in 1996 by a group of dedicated neighborhood volunteers and tenants of the adjacent California Building. The garden had a grassy picnic circle which was a peaceful spot to enjoy mature perennial and native gardens. Rocks and bricks from a former building traced the boundaries of over thirty vegetable plots tended by a diverse array of gardeners.
Mulberry Junction is one of the stops featured on the NE Audio-Guided Walking Tour called Never the Same Rivermp3map
